Yes, the stadium suites have a setup that allows them to get around the rule. I've sat in the Zone at a couple of Bama games where people are allowed to keep liquor in a locker in "pouring" rooms. You can fill up a coke with ice at one of the free drink machines and then get your liquor out of the locker and mix a drink. You can eat free food and get plastered in what amounts to a ballroom. You can open the glass doors and go to your seat or you can stand at the glass windows and watch the game there. It's an awesome setup.

Does Alabama not have a bar/club in its stadium for suite-holders and other club members?

Possibly, sucks you would get stuck with A-B products.
I rip on StL at any chance I get, but I think Busch and Budweiser are the best of the "commercial" beers. My "cheap" beer of choice is Busch any day of the week. A-B products are definitely better than Coors or Miller IMO.

That's absurd. It's 2014.

I'm not a beer snob by any means, but Rolling Rock would be the only AB product I would find myself buying, but they kinda fricked it up after they first bought the brand.
Most people drink Busch around here.

I personally hate that shite. They practically give it away for free in KC. Always a "special" on Rolling Rock

It did start tasting different after the buyout, I heard they moved the brewing to New Jersey which would explain it.
Yes. Rolling Rock and PBR, better than Natty or Milwaukee's Best (greatest name ever for a shitty beer). That was where it started, same price for all four, poor, college, etc.

Problem with Coors around here is you are more likely to find it still in the 30 pack in the back of a pick up than in an ice chest, no matter what time of the year it is, "cowboy cold".

Coors heavy is some nasty stuff.

I'm not sure what you mean. You can get get a fountain drink like any fountain drink machine you see at a fast food restaurant or any restaurant for that matter. You have to make your drink in the pour room or pour your beer in a cup there. For the record, you end up paying for the "free" food and soft drinks with your donation to be able to get season tickets in the Zone. It's expensive to get tickets there. It's a bad as setup if you can afford it though

That's what Spurrier drinks.
Around here:
Cowboys- Coors light, mountains heavily white capped
Mexicans - Budweiser, no idea why.
20s-30s - Varies between the Lights, Corona, and Michelob Ultra.
Fat people love them some Michelob Ultra, cept Bert.

I mean you shouldn't have to "hide" in the "pour room."

Nevada also sells beer at their games.

You don't have to drink in the pour room. They just use those areas as designated spots to keep liquor/beer and to make your drink. I guess they want there to be some level of control of the situation given that there are people of all ages including kids in the area. You can take your drink anywhere in the Zone and seating area after you have made it though.

Many years ago (about 35 actually) when K State was one of the worst football programs in the history of CFB, I went to a KState game with a girl who was in school there. They were so bad, the would do anything to get people to a game. They would let you bring a full cooler of beer to the game. Werent many people there, but lots of coolers and a good time anyway. Free beer everywhere
