your list is pretty good. I think butch jones will rise and gary pinkle will fall. also, I think mark richt should be lower. jury out on kevin sumlin and will muschamp; they might move up but I think it more likely they move down.

I tend to agree. What spurrier has been able to accomplish at USCe is amazing. La. is one of the most talent rich states, year in and year out, in the nation. UF was not very good until he became their HC and he turned them into a national power. It could be argued that he is the best SEC coach since bear. At worst he is 1a, IMO.

That's my opinion as well. I put him behind Saban only because championships speak loudly. If both were given the same players and schedule I would think Spurrier would do more with it.
