Blake will be the most dynamic QB to ever play at Bama.. his athleticism and improved ability to run the offense has him Out front big followed by #2 Cooper Bateman and a little further down #Alec Morris. With Bateman's continued improvement it may be hard for Coker to come in and get the back-up role.. we shall see.

PASSING LEADERS
Blake Sims - 16 for 23, 227 yards, 2 TD
Cooper Bateman - 14 for 25, 102 yards
Alec Morris - 9 for 12, 57 yards

We don't need a Peyton Manning at QB. We'll be happy with a Tee Martin.

No pass rush and a questionable secondary again this year I see.

There's just something about Spring in Tuscaloosa that makes unknown career backups turn into Joe Montana in front of the few who watch practice.

Then inexplicably, they return to mediocrity as soon we start believing the press.

The relevant question is this:

Can he throw 15-20 bubble screens effectively per game?

Anyone who believes Blake isn't going to get a serious look is fooling themselves.

It says Cooper had 190 yards and 2 TDs

Not sure how much of those stats are his "command" of the team, and how much is Cooper being a really good WR

Is there issues with the secondary again? That seems like an awful lot for just one WR to get

Great thread. I haven't seen this many people from the state of Alabama trashing a quarterback since....Nick Marshall.

Carry on, aubs.
