Well, why don't you give it a shot then
1)LSU - because of Nola
2)Vandy - because they have great pitching - this weekend not withstanding
3)Ole Miss - but they might fall off as the season moves on
4) MSU - but we are schizophrenic as crap
5) Kentucky
6)USC and the others

7-12 is the hardest thing I've ever done

minor gripe: A&M took 2 out of 3 against Florida and yet you have them higher?
I can understand that. I just think Florida is the better team overall. That's all.

1. South Carolina
-Eye test. Plus they have the best overall winning percentage.
2. LSU
-One of only two teams in the conference with 20 wins and Nola is just filthy.
3. Ole Miss
-Only team with a sweep (given, it was Mizzou at home) and the most wins in the conference.
4. Kentucky
-Huge bats and had an impressive conference series win this weekend.
5. Mississippi State
-Look really good right now. Only this far down because of struggles earlier on.
6. Vandy
Played so well in the non conference. Will be a threat all year.
7. Auburn
-Won two series so far this year, including the BaseVOLS!!!1
8. Tennessee
-Finally panning out with the new regime.
9. Alabama
-Will probably be around this area all year give or take a few spots.
10. Texas A&M
-Up-and-down team
11. Florida
-Almost beat the Aggies on the road a few times
12. Arkansas
-They'll get the hang of it eventually but right now they're not playing too well.
13. Georgia
-They're a few years away but getting there nonetheless.
14. Mizzou
-They're pretty bad. It's a good thing their fans don't care about baseball.

Ole Miss is definitely a top 5 team in the conference. I'm really holding out judgement until they play a team worth a crap. However, they have taken care of business which is worthy of a top 5 ranking.

Sorry, I meant win a series against anyone worth a crap.

give us your ranking reggie

I watched them play us, Clemson and an OOC earlier this year. They're a good team that ran into a buzz saw on the road. We should've taken two of three but made three bad pitches and it cost us. We won't see them lose many series this year.
State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Vandy, LSU and Kentucky have proven to be the top teams in the conference so far. Tennessee has a good chance to make the postseason and maybe Auburn but those programs have been so down in recent years that holding judgement seems like the best course of action.
