Ok...
Speaking of getting blown out by 25... isn't that what happened to the Dawgs at Kentucky? While Arkansas beat Kentucky twice?
Also, it took overtime for Georgia to beat Arkansas at home. Arkansas handled Georgia easily at home with a 12 point victory.

Hey, remember, I never said Georgia was/is a good basketball team. Yet we were still two games better than you in conference play (and please wave to Texas A&M when you read that, since they helped. ).
Congrats. You have missed the entire point of my post, mainly due to misplaced pride in a program that once was very good, and may very well be again, but right now - ain't.
So you post pictures of all of the banners above your stadium and Georgia's stadium with no banners - completely oblivious that you have helped prove my point that a bannerless, talentless Georgia team just smoked you in conference.
But you're okay with that? Okay!

Again, conference records < overall record.
Thanks for the entertainment though. In all seriousness, Georgia has a decent team and I could see them making a run in Atlanta. Good luck.

I'm guessing we get kicked out of the tourney our first game. I still have no clue how this Georgia team is somehow above Miss. State, let alone whoever else.
Good luck in the NCAAs!

It should be noted that any banners won would not be hung from the rafters. At least when I went to UGA, they were hung on the upper wall behind the student section.

Makes sense. I couldn't believe that you had none at all, but it worked well for my post.

We won't fire Gonzo because of how Georgia is doing...since Tennessee nearly beat Georgia by 20 in their only meeting this season...we will fire him because he isn't Bruce Pearl.

Where can we sign up for this?

They finished ahead of you, that's a fact. There's nothing to agree to.

is UGA in the discussion to get an at-large bid?

We go into the conference tourney with an RPI of 70 and an SOS of 68. It isn't that hard to fathom UGA winning on Friday night, which will be our first game with the double bye. After that, we'll have Kentucky, LSU, or Alabama. What if we get and beat Kentucky? Or UK gets upset? Then of course lose to UF in the finals...
It could get real. We'd be in the mid-50's RPI & SOS wise, with 20 wins. Would we get into the NCAAs? All of the predicted last four out are in the mid-50s with 18 wins right now. If our SOS improves to the mid-50s, with our last 10 being 8-2, we will be a compelling and sexy pick to steal an at-large bid.

A) 18-12 (12-6), with a tiny shot at an NCAA tournament at-large bid. (We're not getting in.)
B) 21-10 (10-8), on the bubble with maybe a shot at an at large bid (You're not getting in.)
Bump...

This is supposed to be embarrassing for me? At the time I was writing, we had a good chance to make the tournament.
Never said we were locks. Though I did think we would beat SC as did most people.
Since we lost that one, I can't say either team had a better season. About the same. Only difference is one fanbase seems thrilled with their result.
