Doesn't he have to sit out a year if he transfers? You can't switch D1 schools without sitting out or has he graduated in 2yrs?

I feel like he will fall somewhere between what the FSU coaches have said about him and a McElroy level player.
With his accuracy he wont be a McElroy level player. Your fanbase has failed to appreciate what yall have had over the past 5 seasons-single digit INTs. Highest was this year with AJ with 7. 4,5,5,3,7-Int totals starting with 2009. Hell Peyton Manning went double digit INTs his last two years.
Be careful what you wish for and what you take for granted

Going to graduate in three years from FSU. Will have two years of eligibility left. Therefore he can play immediately and has two years left to play. I think that is how it works.

How is questioning why some FSU backup is being annointed as the savior of bama football and realizing that 99% of coach speak is bs relative to football knowledge?
Well, first you linked his Scout profile (basically, him as a player 3 years ago). You forgot that his HS years, he ran a Wing T offense (LINK ) which has two versions, both of which run the ball MUCH more than pass. He also did not attend any camps, etc. All of these kept his score down, and did nothing to showcase his arm to those running a deeper passing game.
He then spent 2011 redshirted, and 2012 as the back up to Sr Starter EJ Manuel (a starting NFL QB). In 2013, in comes Jameis Winston, a 5* kid with offers from pretty much every college that bothers playing football. Despite being the God-Savior of FSU football, it would appear that he barely beat out Jacob Coker for the position:
LINK
If you're playing for a coach that does not do the 2-QB style, then being *almost* as good as the 5* star child still means you ride the bench.
I do find it amusing that, when a 3* player is demonstrated as a great player for the speaker's team (Nick Marshall - 3* per Rivals), then it's all "The rankings are crap!" and "Our coaches a hidden talent!" and such, but anywhere else? "You're hoping a 3* will win you games? You must suck!"
Seriously, there's a book for you:

I agree Adam, one of the most underrated skills AJ posessed was efficiency and not throwing INTs and hape was the most productive Bama QB historically without having a Julio/AJ Green/Calvin Johnson type elite talent level guy at QB
Biggest asset Coker brings that Bama hasn't seen is his elusiveness and running ability, he is extremely athletic

To be fair Marshall was a bit of a grade issue I believe and was a superior athlete (as people saw this season). UGA had plans for him at CB and he got comparisons to and heralded as the next Champ Bailey
He was a 3* because he barely made it in to school I believe
Sorry NYC didn't really see that post till now lol so I guides that was a reply to Skrayper's post not yours lol

Yeah not sure on the official rule but I know Saban was asked in Mobile and he said he couldn't speak on it because it was like speaking on a recruit so I think they added rules like he basically would be a JuCo, counting toward 25 and 85 limit etc
I know it looks very likely at this point
