@FootballScoop Alabama now has 4 successful high school coaches leading Div I programs. AU, USA, UAB, & JSU
Elite company.

Y'all just couldn't let Arkansas have their thing, huh?

They made the quarterfinals of the FCS playoffs.

UAB and AU, 2 schools that won their last games against Nick Saban, nice!
With his track record against "high school coaches", I'm not surprised lil' nicky is afraid to play USA and JSU

technically, yes... 1-AA... or FCS now.

I will give Les Miles this, he sure doesn't have any trouble beating those schools, like Auburn, UAB, and LA-Monroe, that Saban seems to have such trouble with

Is this supposed to rustle our jimmies?
What does it say about Saban for losing to one?

Why is that funny? I would take more losses to UAB and ULM, if it meant four more titles by Saban.

Mtn Brook usually went pretty deep in the playoffs when Joey Jones was there but I don't think they won a championship. I thought they did play for one though.

Why would it? Just acknowledging, that Bama Div 1 programs are having success with former H.S. coaches.

That Malzahn is a good coach. But only time will tell how good.
The future of college football will be very different. Successful high school coaches moving up to the collegiate level will become more common. Players are just getting better development at the high school level now, and it's translating well to the next level.

Tennessee thought they were going to have a cake walk against us.
instead, they found out that south Alabama was a tough out.
but we lost a lot of guys off the front seven on defense after this past season.
we're supposed to play Mississippi state in Mobile this year. Also supposed to play @ South Carolina.
coach Jones and the staff have done well in recruiting... at least a lot better than what I'm sure people would have thought they would.
USA!!! USA!!! USA!!!!
