From AUC:

- Not impressed with the OL talent. Several in the SEC are better, including Florida.

- Coaches did an incredible job to win 12 games.

Can I get the actual quotes on this? They are well aware that we had a Rimington semifinalist and a consensus Top 10 draft pick on our line.

gonna need some context on these quotes. taken at face value, they're stupid... we led the free world in rushing last year.

Now, would our OL succeed in a more traditional offense?... not to this level. I guess that's what they're trying to say with the UF comparison.... i don't know.

regardless... game's over. hopefully we face them in a similar situation next season.

I've been saying this all year. Can't wait until Gus has a couple of years to recruit. He is the GOAT

yea but that doesn't have anything to do with O line talent, which is what (presumably) the FSU coaches were talking about.

No O line would really have the kind of success we did on the ground this year in a traditional offense. That's the scheme not O line talent

Our offensive line got blown up all night. Especially Dismukes. We looked terrible against FSU's defensive line

Meh, all things considered...

A db playing qb all the injuries on defense passing the ball as little as we did. The dts playing DE. The staff did a great job lol

They said UF's OLine was more impressive than ours

Another SEC coach said that UF's OLine was the worst they've ever seen out of a major program.

Yeah, I don't have an issue if that is what they said. Our back 7 on D was maybe the worst in AU history, for sure within the last 30 years. Ellis did a fantastic job of coaching, and hiding our undersized DBs.

Our OLine didn't really impress against FSU and Jernigan tore it up. Mason and Marshall often were found I. The backfield

Our OLine was young though. Every player had a year of eligibility remaining which indicates we will get better

Well, to be fair, Jernigan could probably "tear it up" against just about anybody in college.

I think the argument or context of how they said it is important. I wouldn't be surprised if the question or context was along the lines of "The SEC OL/DL is superior to all" and how does Auburn fit in? Then FSU coaches say they weren't impressed and didn't live up to the hype of the preceding statement
