SEC boycott

If the BCS leave out 1 loss Auburn or to some extent 1 loss Missouri, what can be done to stop this crap from leaking over into the 4 team playoff.
Im not sure Auburn can beat Missouri but if they do, they are more deserving than OSU. You could argue even more deserving than FSU, but OSU is really difficult to comprehend.
I will say Im a little puzzled over why there hasnt been a larger back lash over these rankings.
How did Auburn not leap over OSU? Lets see they beat the team who has won 3/4 (guess who won the 1/4 ). OSU gives up 41 and wins on a 2 point failed conversion to a poor team.
So we are left to believe that if Alabama had lost a SEC game earlier and had beaten Auburn Saturday that they wouldnt be in it?

Making the last-second field goal, instead of making it into a punt with no coverage team on the field.

I think this is the year an SEC team will not play for the BCS Championship, simply because once the 4-team playoff system starts next year, they won't be able to keep one out anymore.

It is going to carry over to the playoff system. Why do you think the other conferences were so high on a playoff? It will end up being a way to limit the SEC's participation. Three teams from from the Big 12/PAC 12/Big 10/ACC/ and one from the SEC. The only way to combat it is to eliminate the SEC chapionship game and the divisions.

Ohio State is a blue blood, and in a major conference. They are undefeated, and will always receive the benefit of the doubt.
Much like in 2011, if Alabama was not a blue blood, or if Oklahoma State was, 21-0 would not have happened.

A 4 Team Playoff is MUCH better than the current system. However, and 8 Team Playoff would be WAY better than just a 4 Team Playoff.
If they did the 8 Team, they could do the 5 Conf Champs (SEC, ACC, Big10ish, Big12, and PAC12,) plus 3 At Large teams who finished the season in the Top of the Rankings.

There will either have to be a rule that you need to wing your conference or the Sec will have to get rid of the championship game

8 team playoff ... the only solution.

there's pretty much no scenario where an undefeated or one loss SEC champ is left out of a four team playoff.
the OP suffers from myopia. The SEC representative only has to win two games to win a national championship in a four team playoff. This year Auburn and Missouri are very nice teams but IMO they are not as good as FSU and probably not as good as tOSU.

I love how LSU fans NOW think a 1 loss team is clearly more deserving than an undefeated team when 2 years ago you thought a 1 loss Alabama team had absolutely no business being in the conversation with 1 loss Okie State. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

All you motherfrickers out there who have been railing against Alabama and all the other rival SEC teams saying that the only team you care about is your team, and you hope the other SEC teams lose all their games, well now you're about to see the importance of the conference being strong. If it wasn't for the Alabamas, South Carolinas, Georgias, etc., neither Auburn nor Mizzou would have ANY advantage over any of the other 1 loss teams......but you know what? There's still a ton of idiots out there who either won't admit it or are too stupid to understand it.
