So said ESPN's Jonathan Coachman after Top Plays No 1.

Surprised the hell out of me that ESPN would allow such disrespect of their boy.

I don't think I heard his entire press conference after the game, but what I did see of it, that was my exact take on it also. I heard Coachman mention that and it tickled me.

Funny. When I listened to his postgame interview immediately afterwards, two of the first things he did was to blame himself and give Auburn credit.

Nick Saban is one of my favorite coaches, but I was disappointed when I listened to his postgame interview and he didn't put the loss on his shoulders. He didn't throw his players under the bus like Urban Meyer, but he made it seem like they should have done this and that when he was the one who put them in a completely needless situation.

The first thing out of saban's mouth was taking personally taking the blame. ESPN likes to create drama where drama doesn't exist. With the exception of live game coverage espn is nothing more than a sports version of 'keeping up with the kardasians' or 'honey boo-boo.'

I don't like Bama or Saban but Coachman is a DICK. Someone at ESPN needs to remind that arse that's he's not at WWF anymore.

As a Bama fan, I think Saban deserves a lot of the blame, few Bama players had a perfect game, one that did was Drake. I think that was Saban's biggest mistake, followed by decision not to kick the FG.

Hey Gumptards, I was only saying that I was surprised that ESPN would diss your boy. Talk about seeing what you want to see.

But now that I've read the responses....

It's UnAmerican. That's what it is!!!! Totally UnAmerican.

You know there is this thing called Google. It's brand new and works great at looking things up on the Internet. Why don't you try it sometime. Maybe Googling Saban Auburn Press Conf and decide for yourself.

Of course that would be too honest and you might find that you are wrong....... or maybe right.
