Thy is a possessive pronoun. You're better than my what? Are you drunk?

No doubt Auburn is much improved, and Malzahn is to be commended, but to think that this team is on some kind of elite level is laughable. This game will be close for a quarter and a half. Alabama 42 Auburn 13 is about right

AU is giving up only 22. I think Bama scores between 30 and 35
AU is giving up 28 in conference games. Bama is scoring 40 per game in conference games.

If you were 13-1 wouldn't you have the ship, not be going to it?

Cherry picking stats.
Conference games are more comparable because they don't include the weak OC teams. They also include common opponents and that show the true difference.

quote:As of now, they've played like, arguably, a top 5 team in the nation. Alabama and Florida State are the best teams in the nation right now, but is it that far-fetched to say Auburn has performed better than Oregon, Baylor, and Ohio State? Auburn has easily played a harder schedule than either of teams listed previously...
but to think that this team is on some kind of elite level is laughable
If that isn't considered elite, I don't know what is.
BTW, Auburn has the most dominating rush offense this year. Yes, in the entire country (when you throw in who Auburn has played). The defense is also much improved.

Bama allows 90 yards per game in the conference.

Auburn runs for about 150 per game
quote:Wrong.
They are giving up over 500 yards in the conference game
Any other stats you wanna make up?

You're getting so worried as each hour passes
I keep seeing this and smilar phrases coming from our resident auburn ranters. My theory is that this and similar phrases help instill confidence in the coming game, because to the unbiased outsider it won't be close.
Auburn won't run all over bama because well, no one runs all over bama. There's 6 years of defense under saban to back that up and many more thoroughbreds have been slowed to a trot than what auburn has to offer. Game will be close for a half but bama will impose their will in the second. There will come a point in the game where auburn wants nothing to do with another snap, at that point I will contemplate bumping this thread. Good evening gentlemen

Yes, they have been blowing out the mediocre competition that they've faced and have not needed miracle finishes to beat unranked teams.

They'll get their yards. Their D will be their downfall
In 2nd half with little depth.
Bama 35
Aubies 23
