Personally I don't give a shite. I don't care if we have a christian, jew, muslim, or atheist I just wanna win some fricking football games.

People's religious choices shouldn't interfere with the greatness that is Georgia football. Ever.

Religion in football

All you need to know is that when one coach thanks God for a win, the other coach never thanks God for the loss.

But if God really has his hand in football games, you can't have one without the other.

I would prefer my coach not to be a superstitious moron.

I think you have to be honest about who you are--religious, or otherwise.

Doubt they would want you calling them religious. Christians are about a relationship with Christ, not being religious.

No, having a physically fit coach does.

Take a look at those three programs progress and recruiting success vs Arkansas.

Just a quick observation may tell you that Arkansas needs to hire Creflo Dollar as your new Head Coach.

Meh.

I'm 100% certain that a spelling and grammar coach could help your OPs.

Did you not have access to such coaching and tutelage while serving time at the flagship university of the state of Ar-Kansas?

Yes, it does. The best players are in the south. The south is the bible belt. If you want to recruit the bible belt, hold up a bible.

It does not help a program, nor does it hurt it.

Brag about it? Does mentioning it mean you are bragging about it?

By the way....doesn't Dabo Sweeney say he is a Christian?

Not that I have seen. I think its good for sports, but I always disagreed when coaches would pray about a win before games like God doesn't have anything better to do than give us a win. If he gives us a win, the other team has to lose, so what if they prey before games too? Does that mean its whoever prays the best? Im just not convinced that God cares about Football.

I don't think I've ever heard Saban bring up God after a big victory. He's smart enough to know that God doesn't give a shite about who wins or loses a game in college football.

Speaking from experience..No, it sends your program straight to the depths of hell. It's a scary place..a land of no conference wins and 50 point blowouts...a land of shitty defense and a shittier offense...a land of large coaches and small crowds..

Trust me, you don't want to go there
