Luther provided a "loan" to Fluker- not the same deal as accepting straight cash.
Should be ok on NCAA front. I would have filtered through a church to obtain tax deduction, but I can't argue with the results of the loan process.

Does it even matter? The public perception is that USC won theirs...the public perception will be that Bama won theirs regardless. If you think that all the sudden Bama won't claim them anyway....I have a bridge I'd like to sell you

shite, Bama still claims titles they didn't win, I can't even imagine how they'd react to any vacated titles that they actually did win.

It's a simple process:

2. The player complains.
3. A coach "loans" him the money.

Im a AU grad and it wouldn't bother me if they did but I don't think they will get anything. As long as you cooperate with the ncaa and don't dig in your heels and deny and lie; I think they get a slap of the wrist. There are many more on the machine's payroll. All those AU commits that flipped b/c "they had to do what's best for my family". Reuben, Yeldon, Cyrus... all paid in cash. I think ncaa is a joke and has lead us to a no holds barred world in college football.
