Jodie Meeks just scored again.

I didn't get to see but a few minutes of the game, but the projected starters looked good, and finally a deep bench. Should be a lot of fun this season.

That's actually a really great idea--individual sports boards, that is.

I still have one of those "Witness" t-shirts with all his points on the back.

I'm just glad we can count on someone from the SEC to rep.
But Alabama could have some low post depth for the first time ever....... But having said that, we are a forever NIT runner up type squad.

I agree, didn't mean to leave yall out. As long as Donavan is there yall will be solid. I think we have a shot at the west though. Not saying much I know. But who knows. If Grant can't do anything with this squad, I say quit his arse.

Kentucky's dream of a perfect season ends when they visit Mizzou Arena on Feb 1st 2014
Mizzou is 84-4 the last 5 years including being undefeated in our first season in the SEC @ 17-0
In short Mizzou doesn't lose inside Mizzou Arena and it's the greatest home court advantage in college basketball

No chance.

At worst, I think Alabama will be the second best team from the old West. I think it's more likely that they finish above LSU than finish below Ole Miss or Arkansas.

Rupp, yes it's the greatest home court advantage in college basketball
UK at Rupp 494-62 .872
Missou at Missou Arena 137 - 21 .867

I have it the complete opposite.

How does this compare to how you felt about the team last year?
I'm going out on a limb and saying you were positive UK would dominate the SEC last year at this same time in the year.

I haven't felt this good about a team in a long time. Especially with the new rules.

Arkansas will hover around .500 in SEC play, imo. They'll win the vast majority of their home games and lose the vast majority of their road games.
Ole Miss is bound to take a step back after losing Holloway and Buckner.
Can't see Alabama finishing below either of them.

Be fortunate you play Bama in Lexington this year.
