Your program's record in OT games?

I noticed something that totally blew my mind this past weekend ... although I believe it cost Mizzou in the end.
What is your program's record in overtime?
SCAR is 1-2, we won our first OT game this past weekend. I believe, but correct me if I am wrong fellow Gamecock fans, that we've played all three of ours on the road. I remember losing one at Tennessee but cannot remember where we lost the other one.
Here's the stat that I cannot grasp fully.
Mizzou was 11-4 in overtime games before our game this past Saturday. They are 11-5 now, of course, but has anyone else played near that many OT games?
I believe Pinkel was playing for overtime rather than playing for the win in regulation ... because of that stat. He's done it before but it cost him this time.
Anyone else even played double-digit OT games?

Pretty sure Mizzou played in the first overtime game too.
It's like tradition.

Correct scrooster, both of our previous OT games were at UT (lost both of course). Hard to believe we've never played one at home.

Going in and looking at the wiki page from an editor's perspective, there are flags on the article that it may have incorrect numbers.
Eta: Arkansas has played two separate OT games, of 7 OTs, and won them both.

Probably not...hasn't been updated since 2008 apparently.

2 of our overtime wins have come in College Station, most recently 2011, and a third was in Knoxville last year. I think that's the extent of our overtime involvement with current SEC teams, aside from this weekend's Cock-knocking of course...
Pinkel's stated reason for playing for OT though was that he didn't want to risk throwing an interception on your side of the field with less than a minute left that could have put you in position for a game winning field goal. It's debatable. The logic I often hear sportscasters say is you play for OT on the road and play for the win at home...

Wow ... 13 of 14 SEC programs have played double-digit OT games (10 or more). #14? SCAR, who has only played three total OT games counting the one this past weekend.
That is a crazy stat.

Mizzou is 11-5 in OT games, not 8-3.

UConn has played the most overtime games of any current FBS program, but several of them were played in division I-AA. Nevada has played 16, but they played several in I-AA as well.

Not 100% sure this is accurate though.
The information you get there is pretty good. Not entirely accurate, but entirely accurate is a lot to ask for.

Only three OT games in USCe's history? That's hard to believe. Hell LSU has played three OT games against Alabama in just the Les Miles' era

I remember Arky going to several 4+ OT games in a few year span in the mid-00s. It was crazy

The First division I-A overtime was played by Toledo and Nevada.

With the way Mauk was playing I don't blame him for not wanting to throw the ball. At least he didn't knee it.
Go out and run the ball, if it breaks for a long gain then reevaluate and try and get into field goal range is exactly what I would have done
