We make it worse by playing into the outrage. Kids will be kids. No need for suspensions or punishments outside of what any other student would experience.

Oxford does have it's shitheads but so does everywhere else. We may just have a few more of them. TBH most of them are from OOS and are stuck up their own a-hole frat stars who only have friends because they pay for them.
But we do get a bad wrap that anything borderline that happens in Oxford or at OM is national headlines. The race riot wasn't a riot. It was liek 20 people. The KKK came to march AGAINST the University of Mississippi, but that detail gets lost. We aren't perfect but we sure as hell are good headline fodder.

Ole Miss is an embarrassment, a few years ago they had the kkk rally on campus, then in 2012 after Obama won the election hundreds of Ole Miss students were seen on every new station burning Obama signs. Now this.
