I ask cause Miami is not only forcing our band to sit up in the very highest section of the upper deck, but they are also forcing us to purchase their entire season ticket package as the only way to get a ticket from them for the game this weekend.

Is this normal practice?

I guess since they have so many fans and high paying season ticket holders, they're kinda forced to sit up there.

For some reason, Miss State's band sat in the upper deck once. I don't know if we told them to or not, but they were the only ones who did. I personally think it's because they wanted to bitch about something

We don't force our opposing teams bands to sit in the upper deck..

Unless I just don't pay very close attention

I can't imagine a tuba player having to haul his big arse and his instrument up the ramps at BDS. Heart attack waiting to happen.

Um, that screams Stubhub.

If they have a good season maybe you can make money selling the other ticket though.

We made Georgia Southern sit in the upper deck 2 years ago. But usually the visiting bands like Auburn, Arky, A&M, LSU, and UT sit in the lower bowl.

It's Miami. If they don't force opposing bands to pay for tickets, they won't make any money.

Hilarious since most of their stadium will be empty.

I don;t think the host schools do. The visiting team's ticket office decides who gets to sit where. Bama allots a small number of lower bowl seats for visiting fans.

If your Miami....they can't fill their frickin' stadium now that all their sidewalk fans deserted them.

Yeah.... Miami is hurting. I've never heard of that shite. Well, I've seen visiting bands be sat as far back as possible. Miami is a joke.

Don't buy them. Tickets will be going for $20 outside the stadium.
