I must have missed Sumlin calling Manziel the douchiest player to ever play

Haha so many haters, 11-2 last year and he's gonna lead us to at least that record this year. It's funny how much people obsess over his every action. Sumlin chewed his arse out when he got that penalty, but people act like be did nothing? Just a sign of fear, A&M is here to stay, just get used to it and stop b*****n about Manziel like some high school girls

I would take a douchebag who wins in manziel over the nicest person ever who would lose in JJ

I'll agree to disagree if you will. The thing is, I don't think it's necessary to cost your team a 15-yard penalty and then laugh your arse off about the coach pulling you for your team to be very good. Perhaps I'm old-fashioned

Not unless he's one heck of a linebacker. 509 yards to Rice? No championships are won without a stud d. You do not possess a stud d.

Watch what your fan base turns into when your d faces a real offense. You just got punked by Rice. 509 yards

You would really accept 4-8 over 10-2/11-1 all because a player is cocky? Wow

And the annoyance with JFF is definitely split between old army and new. The younger folks love his his attitude and the against the world mentality. The older generation cares more about the way the University comes off. There's always been an old versus new army mentality at the school. JFF just puts it in the spotlight.

Old army likes the way he plays also, we enjoy his swagger and attitude as well, but at some point the all about me show just gets old

Just for a short while, maybe a week, it would be great to see/hear him talk about his teammates or his school or something not related to how hard his life is or how he's mad at all the meanies who are out to get him after his flamboyant dalliances or how pissed he and his family are at the school/ncaa for him not making money on his name etc.

This entire fan-base has stood by him, defended him, made excuses for him, embraced him; at some point it would be neato if he acted like a 20 year old man representing a proud university in return. Just for a minute.

So be it. Was how I was taught. I guess I will be the stick in the mud Aggie.

I think we're close to establishing a time cutoff between responsible citizen Aggies and numbnuts Aggies who don't give a shite about anything. (Is that how you'd put it?) '79 clearly in the earlier group, glad to have '93 join the band. Tbird in 2010 I'm not sure about. My guess is he's conflicted.

I just think it's funny that people criticize Manziels every action, Lou Houltz criticized him for wearing a visor and towel over his shoulders on the sidelines, I mean you can't make this stuff up. Did Cam get it this bad?
