I agree with him.

But before that, there’s just so much talk about Alabama and A&M and Alabama and A&M and Alabama; I think people are sleeping a little bit on LSU. I think this is the type of team that Les Miles really likes where you have a quarterback with a year under his belt and you have got Cam Cameron as offensive coordinator and a ton of skill around him. The defense is John Chavis, and so you know they are going to be good.

I still think the winner of the Alabama / LSU game is going to Atlanta and also go to the National Championship. I think within their own conference, I think within their own division, they had better be careful and look out for LSU, even though that’s a home game.

Chavis is a great DC. People question LSU because they lost so much on Defense. Makes no difference, they'll be good. I would take Chavis over any other DC in the SEC, including Smart. That's Saban's Defense, not Smart's. Chavis would be a great DC at any school, we're not sure if Smart would be. He may grow into a Chavis or Saban type of Defensive mind, but too soon to tell at this point.

Ever since Saban laid the foundation LSU has been a monster. I said when they hired Chavis that they would always field a good defense. With the talent they have it is hard to sleep on them unless you are stupid

I think everyone except A&M fans knows this to be true.

So what are the expectations for LSU's offense? I know of Cam Cameron but don't know much about his style, as I am not a big NFL guy.

I've got an awful feeling that this is the year that we lose to MSU. I think we go into Athens and beat UGA in a hard fought game only to lose MSU in Starkville the following week

I want A&M to prove him wrong, but until we do, he's right.

They never came out and said it, but the tone suggested that they are not too high on A&M.

we have a great offense but a lot of question marks in our front 7 on defense.

You can't be shouting MNC from the rooftops with a questionable defense.

We still don't have SEC depth yet. That may take hold next year.

You can shout mythical national championship from the roof tops with a questionable D.

The LSU game is the only game I plan on making this year..... The last time I was in Tuscaloosa was for the 2011 Bama-LSU game. The last time before that, was for the 2009 Alabama-LSU game....

Realistic expectations (all of these have been said by cam himself)

- bring balance to the offense. Go 50/50 on neutral downs. Remove predictability from our vocabulary

- insert minor tweaks formation wise, get ready to see formations with h backs. The power run remains our core.

- improve our passing game.
