So I would think A&M has to take some action on this, right? With this type of evidence, I would think their compliance office would have to suspend him while they investigate it, regardless of what the NCAA does.

I hate this for TAMU, but unless they knew about it or tried to cover it up they should be in the clear.
As to Johnny Football, he should be done. I hate it for him, but it is clear he was being stupid.

I would be shocked if Sumlin lets him practice from here on out until it gets resolved.

Sumlin being who he is will suspend him, possibly kick him off the team. I highly expect Manziel's POS Dad to come forth with a lawsuit because JFF's name is ruined. That is why A&M retained legal counsel
A&M will be okay at QB - no world breaker, but good enough. Still have excellent offense, and we should win 8-9 games this year. Better for the team to let him go at this point.

I am from Tyler. The Manziel's NEVER were anywhere close to controlling the city and there are many people who have far more money, not just in oil, than they do from the area.

Daddy Manziel is well known to be incredibly crooked. My best friend's wife is from Tyler, and has some very interesting stories about the Manziel's.
We got what we needed from Manziel, and he's done nothing but make bad decision after bad decision. Suspend him, and work towards the future.

You have a 3rd party media organization witness and report what they saw, this isn't just a he said/she said thing any longer. The tapes would have to be considered factual evidence at this point regardless of if we ever see the video.

Looks like I am going to have to dig up the old ATPB post on NCAA rules infraction cases, actual burden of proof etc. joe. Shad just said the broker from the bama game incident told him he paid him 6k and was trying to sell the video. Houston we are beginning to have a problem.
