If he has any desire to get back into coaching this would be the easiest place for him to move into. Already knows people, coaches, location. Any other place would be starting over which he probably doesn’t want to do at his age. It’s probably now or never for him coaching one last time.

But MvB looked pretty good in his spot chances. Can we roll with him next year?

Looks like it was before, big chill was 83 and sizzle beach was 81. Remember checking it out from the library as a horny teenager in the 90s, not sure what my parents were thinking. They apparently also changed the name of the movie to Malibu Hot Summer for some reason.

I don't know if it's the pressure during the game, his old age, stubbornness or if he's just not smart enough:

Exhibit A - Clemson game, going for it on 4th down with seconds before halftime and no timeouts instead of kicking the field goal, and even if they got the first down they'd only have enough time for a field goal.
Exhibit B - The offsides penalties setting us up at the 1-yard line during the XP, and not going for two.
Exhibit C - No adjustment to 3-man rush. He can't even consider the fact that putting in a running QB like MVB would force Kiffin to adjust.

One of the worst in-game coaches we've had, zero adaptability or flexibility to the situation.

Kirsh is Likely working for someone.

His indifference/enjoyment with the catastrophe going on in the containment area surprised me. What motivation could he have working for someone else though? As a synth it wouldn’t be money, and doubt it would be revenge or something like that? Although he clearly doesn’t like Kavelier.

I like this show from a pure entertainment value and without nitpicking every little thing. Am I allowed to say that here? Or is this the thread only for hating on the show?
