I want Haughton... with that offer list, I don't care if he's a negative 3 star.
Rivals shows him high on us... anyone have a feeling one way or another?

That offer list.
Just a few of the heavy hitters who have offered him:
Arkansas
Baylor
Nebraska
Oklahoma
Kansas St.
Louisville
LSU
Michigan
Notre Dame
Ohio St.
Oklahoma St.
Penn St.

My kids go to Midway and I have several friends who have sons playing for the Panthers.
The word down here is that OU is in the lead for the safety.
Don't know if. That is true but it is a pretty consistent rumor.

Nice. Not sure about that 5 second 40 time at 208 pounds though.

FWIW Rivals has him at 220 with a 40 time of 4.55

Heard via somebody who would be in the know that a certain bama player from arkansas is telling arkansas kids to stay away from Bama and that it was very influential in Graggs decision.

I don't know AT from Adam, but he has to be the dumbest person alive if he thought he was going to see a ton of PT when they're signing 4 and 5 star monsters (Henry among them) every year and already had Yeldon on the roster.
Makes you wonder if he's gotten the hint he'll be processed at the end of the season.

I would have to believe the kid has questioned his decision at some point. He and Alex Collins are both a third of the way through their sophomore seasons at the moment. We were going to take one or the other. Collins has 1,500 career yards already and is the talk of college football while Tennpeny has like 150 and runs the scout team. At some point you've got to think what could have been if I had just stayed home.

To be fair, I really doubt he would be playing over WillCo and maybe not even Korliss
ETA: actually Korliss probably wouldn't have gotten the scholly offer if Tenpenny committed.

Or.... we wouldn't be quite as concerned about our speed or depth at safety at the moment.
Would've been nice to have had both, maybe we will for a year.

eta: Has said he's not interested in taking transfers coming back to Arkansas once they leave to go elsewhere.
However, If Tenpenny would want to come back home and finish up in Fayetteville... You take that kid. The message it sends for recruiting would be quite strong. He needs a granny to catch a cold so he can get a transfer waiver.

I don't know. I really liked the Mike Dyer "frick you" if you go elsewhere strategy.

People need to accept that Korliss just wasn't a good safety at all. Just think about it. We were pretty terrible at safety last year and he never sniffed the field despite that being his primary position. We were pretty great at RB last year and yet he saw the field made an impact despite only being moved there halfway through the season and it still being his secondary position. If he was good at safety he never would have moved. It takes a lot more than just freak athleticism. Just look at former 5* safety, now RB Karlos Williams at FSU.
