Nutt would have kept a guy like Snoop around, and just reinforced his misplaced ideas of entitlement.
He was a good athlete. But Ole Miss gave him a chance and he flunked out of school. I say give his spot to someone who wants it. In five years I will have to be reminded that he was ever on the team.

Just looking at that poster pisses me off. How fricking lazy and unmotivated do you have to be to not go to Astronomy or some other bullshite courses?

fricking astronomy. I got a 103 in that class. All i did was show up to class and the tests were always open book.

Same. Got a 100. The guy teaching it is awesome though and makes it very interesting. The hardest part are the labs but the TA does a step by step explanation of any math you'll have to do. Quiz questions after every 10 minutes of discussion and open book tests/exams. If you get below an A in that class, you shouldn't be in college.

I've been pretty depressed about this for the last 24 hours... Not only is Snoop done playing football in Oxford... This really hurts his chances of ever getting a legit shot at the NFL... Part of me wishes we didnt rush him out of EMCC so quickly... But the other knows it probably wouldnt have mattered... Same result in the end.

Yeah...if you flunk out as a football player in the SEC, you are probably just skipping class/refusing help. Nothing you can do about it.

No one rushed anything. Kid did a year there, made the grades to transfer and then once back here at OM, lost his fricking mind and went full tard. Freeze and staff laid it out to him in full, complete honest language. He knew EXACTLY what he had to do, how to get it done and where/who to go to get help, support, tutoring, etc. The only thing the staff didn't offer was for someone to do his coursework for him. My fricking 4 year old probably could have passed his classes with the amount of support and help available to Snoop.
He's a dumbass of the highest order. I don't wish bad things on him, but he sure acted like a fool and blew a golden opportunity to be a hero in the SEC and seriously improve his draft stock in the NFL. Like I said, dumbass.
