RT @JimKleinpeter #LSU RB Jeremy Hill formally charged w simple battery

Now, what does this mean for his status?

A prosecutor said Monday she has decided to file a motion to revoke the probation of Jeremy Hill, the suspended LSU running back who landed in legal hot water again this spring after he was arrested in a bar fight.

“We’re going to certainly push for revocation,” said Sue Bernie, an East Baton Rouge Parish assistant district attorney. “I think that jail time is appropriate, but it’s ultimately up to the judge.”

Bernie said Hill faces up to six months in jail if his probation is revoked. She said she could file the motion as early as this week.

Wasn't he already on probation? Don't normal people get in real trouble, not just game suspensions?

My 13 y/o brother GAVE away ONE adderall to a friend, who sold it for 50 cents, and he went to juvie for a weekend, house arrest for a month, and alternative school for the rest of the school year. -____-

I wonder what will happen next? The month or so before kickoff isn't the same without some lead headlines from LSU.

I'm predicting no suspension. There is too much heat on Miles right now to lose to an average team like TCU in the opener.

This seems pretty minor.. Not a good pattern the young man is developing, though. Hope LSU is full-strength all season, though.

Why are you so worried about LSU players?
