Unfortunately there are more and more fans like you these days

You seem more jazzed about Auburn making money than watching good, competitive, entertaining football games.
Nothing more entertaining than a win.

Looks like Oregon is actually still on the schedule.
Now, the fact that USC pussed out we cannot help.
Eugene 2018; Aggieland 2019

Aggies gave LSU no end of grief for dropping the extension of the series in the 90s due to going to an 8-game conference schedule after SEC expansion to 12 teams.
Now y'all are pussying out on OOC games because of changing conference schedule concerns.
The USC never even signed the contract so there was no game for A&M to drop. Latarian and the linked author are playing fast and loose with the facts on that one.
The series with Oregon was mutually ended just like Oregon did with KState last year.
that is nothing like killing a game less than a year out and trying to claim schools like ULM and ULaLa are equivalent opponents to weasel out of your cancellation fee. Also, it was the fact that LSU refused to pay to cancel that was the real issue.

Fans want to enjoy themselves... at least most do. For some (including myself), the anticipation of a big game -- the taligating, gameday experience -- is much better with a high profile OOC game. I totally get what he's saying.
so the fact that Auburn might lose a game to a competitive team makes the game less enjoyable for you?

Damn, that sucks
well at least they were trying to schedule someone out of state....
One day, I believe the Gators will know what a road OOC game is....one day...

It doesnt change it for me. I look forward to every game. There are only 12 and we all wait so long for them. I am as equally excited about Wazzou as I am A&M.

Source from A&M says Oregon series is still on (as of 1:23PM CDT today): 2018 away/2019 home.
ETA: Southern Cal pussed out and backed out.

Ha. No doubt. The "drive bys" & haters won't ever return to this thread; so the damage is done.

Those aren't fun, at all, and I generally end up leaving before half time to do more enjoyable things, like go to the bar and watch good games.

Hyman needs to get the story straight then, because he is quoted by the SAEN that Oregon will not be on the schedule.
I was really hoping the USC series would be played as I would love the Aggies to BTHO the hated Trojans. Hyman should ink a deal with Stanford instead!

Oh, the irony.
Moreover, why is anyone scared? It's a game!
ETA: Go ahead and shut this thread down.
BZ is now reporting Hyman misspoke and Oregon is still on the schedule: Eugene in '18 and College Station in '19.
USC and A&M never signed a contract, so it's hard to drop a game that never existed. Ted Miller didn't check with his Duck sources to confirm, I guess.
