That's for damn sure taterhead ... and you are a taterhead. You've got Clemson genes somewhere. But you keep right on thinking that last season means you're going to dominate in this conference. In the meantime ...

JFF was a FR in 2012, would make him a Soph in 2013 would make him a JR in 2014.

My soul brother from another mother.
It's past my bedtime and this LSU/Bama baseball game is keeping me up too late drinking too much scotch. Plus the wifey just gave me a what-fer a little while ago for not coming to bed and I had to kowtow (sic: kòu tóu) to her to get her to leave me alone long enough to enjoy the rest of my frickin' night.

LSU seriously looks like we're gonna be stacked as frick for 2014. We had a hell of a recruiting class in 2013, which is a good base... and unlike our recruiting classes of recent years, it seems like we ended up with an abnormally high number of early-enrolled players who are already in camp trying to separate themselves.
That and it'll be the second year under Cam Cameron's system, so there won't be any adjustment pains.
2013 looks really good already -- I doubt we make a title run, this is going to be Alabama's or South Carolina's year, IMO, but a BCS at-large berth is not out of the question. 2014 looks like our year.

IMO, I don't see any school besides tOSU breaking the SEC dominance up.
And as stated 2013 looks great but if '14 continues down this road..... DAMN

Yeah, see, I agree. If the conference maintains "The Streak" this year then IMHO it only gets easier to do in 2014 with the playoffs because, chances are, we'll put two teams in the four team playoff in 2014. You never know for sure, but The Conference is going to be stacked in 2014.

I really don't think OSUe has the horses to do it in 2013, and by 2014, well ....

You're right, but while other conferences are not as stacked as the SEC, top to bottom, there are some good teams out there. I'm just not sure there are any that would be shoe-ins to beat an SEC Champion in a National Championship game.
Everyone keeps talking about OSUe but, to me at least, Oregon is a thread although with their coaching change who knows. And is Stoops washed-up at Oklahoma? Remember when Stoops went to Oklahoma in, what was it, '99? When he went there everyone said he would turn Oklahoma into a SEC type team .... I suppose he has to some degree, I dunno. Same thing they are saying about Urbie Meyer but OSUe has always recruited the South well, moreso than Oklahoma. Then there are Notre Dame, Michigan, Texas, SoCal, FSU ... I don't see them threatening anytime soon.

I don't see how anyone really expects a team no named Alabama to win the final BCS Title. It's destiny.
As for 2014, I don't know about everyone else, but Bama will be ready to make another run, just some projections.
QB - Alec Morris
RB - TJ Yeldon
FB - Jalston Fowler
LT - Leon Brown (CyKo could stay if he wanted to play with Arie some more)
LG - Arie Kouandjio
C - Ryan Kelly
RG - Grant Hill (just a guess)
RT - Austin Shepherd
TE - OJ Howard
WR - Amari Cooper
WR - DeAndrew White
WR - Chris Black
DE - Dalvin Tomlinson
DE - LaMichael Fanning
NG - Darren Lake
Jack LB - Jon Allen
Will LB - Reggie Ragland
Mike LB - Trey DePriest
Sam LB - Denzel Devall (think he fits at Sam more than Allen, but they could swap)
CB - Geno Smith
CB - No idea, literally no idea. Hoping it's Cook, could by Cyrus Jones.
S - Landon Collins (HaHa goes pro)
S - Vinnie Sunseri
We'll return a lot, it'll come down to our QB, with that said way too early to tell how good we'll be, but I imagine two SEC teams will make the playoffs and we'll probably be one of them.

2014 will be the year of the unexpected, perhaps UT, Arkansas, Auburn, or even Ole Miss (if they can keep recruiting the way they have been)

1. Geno
2. Cook (as long as he qualifies and makes it on campus this Summer, he'll be ready to frick shite up)
3. Cy Jones
4. Marlon Humphrey

Definitely what I'm hoping for, Cook is gonna be great. Cyrus can be good, but he needs to learn the defense first, so I'm hoping he didn't somehow officially take Fulton's job for this season.
I'm sure we'll grab Marlon, but again it's a "needs to learn the D first" situation, but as the 4th Corner it wouldn't matter, he wouldn't play much if I had to guess.

Our "rebuilt" O-line contaibs the best tackle in the country and three future first round picks. The two new starters were the #1 center in the country out of HS and the #1 guard in Texas. I think we'll be ok.
The best tackle in the country plays for Alabama but thanks for playing
Outland Trophy currently resides in College Station. Come and get it, fricker.
Jake Matthews will be the first OL taken in next year's draft.
And I'll be surprised if A&M scores less than 10 pts.....in any QUARTER against Bama.

You won't have near as much success. Our D is gonna be on 2011 levels, and Saban will be planning for you all Summer, do you need a refresher on what happens when Saban has that much time to plan?
Anyway Jake > CyKo, but it's pretty close. Both should be top 5 picks in the draft, or at least top 5 in value, need will be a factor. And Cyrus could always stay to play another year with Arie.
