SEC related becuase of the ensuing debate for the SEC Baseball Tourney...
While I still think Bham is a total shithole, stadium looks pretty uniqe.

Is the game being played at Regions? It does not look like it is complete in the pictures...

i've heard it's 95% complete. bar and a few others things still being worked on.

It is being played there, and no, the stadium is not complete. The playing surfaces are ready to go, but the structure and some other stuff are still being worked on, even today.
I had planned on going tonight, but it looks like I'm gonna do Friday instead.

Houston is 20 million times better than Bham.

No. Contract with Hoover is thru 2016. Parking/tailgating area/homicides would be major issues to having it down there anyway.
