Arkansas. Better facilities, booster support, etc.

Arkansas will be a little better in football and baseball. Missouri will be a little better in basketball. Arkansas is great in track, Missouri is great in something equally as irrelevant I'm sure.

Something not being taken into consideration.
Missouri has better HS athletes and 2 major cities that are finally catching the youth football bug. Its a highly underrated recruiting area right now, and it's going to greatly improve.
Kids are growing up with a decent Mizzou program now, instead of a terrible one, will also make a difference.

Well 20 years ago Arky was "good". They suck now.
Missouri sucks now so I say in 20 years they'll be "good" while Arky will still suck.

Considering at this point Arky is the 3rd or 4th best athletic program in the SEC, they are the answer

Arky had 20 years and done absolutely nothing*. Lets give this the Mizz based on simple fact no institution could fail as much as the hogs have over a 20 year period.
