They don't have the guy that basically deserves half of Manziel's Heisman on the team anymore

You can put money on it vegas. We're at 5-2 to 3-peat. Opened at 4-1. You would get $5 for every $2 bet. Odds for 2013

Funny thing is ya'll will probably lose to ATM again and will probably win against LSU(although recent history says LSU has had the upper hand in T-Town)and probably go to the SECCG again

Classic LSU company line "we dominated for 58 minutes" but lost.

Y'all need to just get ready for Butch. He's coming and he has a license to thrill, steal, kill, and destroy.

That's true. This is also true for most BCS participants. Unless you start in the top 5 or so and go undefeated, you need the right teams to lose. Even some undefeated BCSCG participants needed some teams to lose in the second half of the season to get a spot in the game. Not to mention the twelve 1 or 2 loss BCSCG participants who obviously needed "help." People who act like this is unique to Bama are showing their true colors.

Every team needs luck. We have just gotten an extra little bit the past two years. There is no doubt we were the best team both years, but all the chips fell perfectly to allow us to show it.

A&M and Alabama both should be just as good as they were last year. They lose some key guys (like all good teams do) but return more than they lose and appear to have the personnel to fill holes.

I think Alabama will play better against A&M under the circumstances this year, but this is still going to be a close game either way.

We dominated 60 minutes because of overtime.

I never thought or claimed Bama dominated.

But this year Bama had 14-3 lead at halftime. I don't care what people think, there is no way that LSU dominated that whole game. 3rd quarter? Yeah. Whole game? Hell nah.

Yet the common theme is Bama was outmanned the whole game. It's just false. Like the prevent D at the end of the game.

Yep. Unless AJ or JFF gets hurt the game will be close again.

First off Bama won't be coming off a knock down, drag out slugfest against LSU this time around. And if we are "reaching our full potential", we won't be spotting them 20 points to start the game off with. We also have had far greater recruiting classes over the last 4 years, so it would be a pretty safe bet that Bama has a more talented overall roster.

I agree we only dominated a portion of the game. I think guy's point was is that Alabama isn't some unstoppable machine.

Excuses. You lost at home. Do you think your defense just allowed A&M to score three tds to start the game?
