Could be promising if he gets the necessary score.

Well he is off to a good start. He changed his friends and made the A-B honor role in the fall according to a free ESPN article.

does it really matter that he is visiting since he has a grade problem? Or does he?

Since qualifying is a sliding scale depending on how high your ACT was and what your GPA is, if you can find a way to get a high ACT score you can be set. Also, prep school could be an option as well if he does work in the classroom then we wouldn't lose his spot.
Finally, signing and placing could mean a lot to him? Who knows

I like how that video highlighted his blocking skills, don't see that very often. Looks like a good guy to take a chance on if he can get the grades and score up.

I agree, looks like he understands what his jobs are going to be with sweeps and other running plays we will have in the spread. I lot of WR don't get how important there jobs are when running there direction .

Better hope Gus has incorporated that in his playbook since he was here last.
As good of an offensive mind as Gus is, we NEVER threw slants or fades while he was here. Never understood why.

We threw slants alot with Cam, not in 2011. With out bad o-line and qb's slants=easy picks

We utilized recievers a lot until 2011.
Gus likes to put the ball downfield. Sucks he got handicapped in 2011

I can't remember one slant in 2010.
Gus needs to mix in some short-to-mid-range passes in with his deep balls, IMO

Funny you are giving advice to the best quarterback mind in football, not to mention the best at turnover management.
