I think so.. Some get frustrated with our offense, but it is his plan. And it is very successful in the SEC, but to jump to the top of the sec and improve our program nationally our offense will need to improve.

Good guy, but not the guy.

He's the guy if he gets a better batch of assistants.

I think he will end up doing very well at Alabama. Very good coach IMO.

Who else would Bama get?

All Bama needs, easy for me to say, is some type of offense. Any type. I'm watching the IU-Michigan game and I see both teams move on offense. what a breath of fresh air.

Doesn't appear so, how many years does he get?

Definitely looks like we have taken a step back this year.

This. Or if he gets a True PG, like Justin Coleman, to bail his offense out.

He is probably not the guy, but we have to ask ourselves who we think we could get that would be better.

He kind of tanked in OOC play this year, and while he hasn't beat anyone in conference play besides UK who is only really a "name" win this year, he still has taken care of business pretty much, as ugly as almost all his wins have been. Winning against shitty teams >>>> losing to them.

No offense man, but he needs more then that...His no sense of urgency coaching style puts the players in that kind of mood too. they played that way for most of the first half. tons of standing around. It got on Bobby knight's nerve the other night when he was doing the color for the Alabama Vs. Ark game. Watching IU and UM play is a breath of fresh air compared to the product AG puts on the floor

Yeah I completely disagree. We have one assistant who barely does any recruiting and one assistant who's job is to coach post players. Neither of those guys are assets to Grant IMO. I think Brannen is our only good assistant. I think Pujols needs to go and Hipsher should be assigned to an administrative role.

AG keeps them around for a reason. Buck stops with him so right now our chitty team, even though we are winning fugly, is all on AG

Yes, he did really well signing Lacey, Randolf, Cooper but did equally as bad signing three busts as big men Gueye, Engstrom, and Jacobs. This team would be easily top 25 with even one decent big man.

I still have faith that AG is the man for the job.

I would like to see some moves within the staff during the offseason though.

He sounds so much like Trent Johnson with slightly better recruiting

- Bad offense (check)
- Looks calm 99.6% of time (check)
