Certainly whoever we get can't be as bad as JPW. Or maybe that is wishful thinking

Juju didn't sound exactly stoked about his visit. He had fun but basically said he did it for the trip

Morris is GONE.

He's packing it in for a ring and moving back to Texas.

He's on the travel squad because #3 has never played a down of football collegiately.

That guy has admitted he's very young, attends Bama, and gets his info from his parent boosters. Not to mention he's lording it over everyone.

With all the running back and oline talent we have we could run the triple option with sims and win 11 games

Peppers quote from last week:

quote:

"If he wasn't saying anything about academics or anything like that, I would assume that he's going to go to Alabama. Because it's Alabama. If you want to go be the best football player you can be, why not go to Alabama?"

Anyone mind to post the players who are EE's? Current and possible commits would be awesome

Hampton is thinking about being an EE

Zach Whitley, Cam Sims, SDH all have the symbol next to their name on 247

He plays Sims because he obeys and hands it off, and knows the PB and calls

If we needed a win, were in a crunch etc it'd be Morris who would come in if AJ absolutely couldn't play

This doesn't male any sense.

He plays Sims because he is the best QB we have. If Morris was going to play next year, he would play this year.

Well I'll be a monkey's uncle. I've never noticed that before.

Raekwon McMillan
Hootie
CJ Hampton
Johnnie Dixon
Rashaan Evans
Jalen Tabor

Da'Shawn Hand interview on the news. Seems like a really humble kid. My favorite recruit so far.

Nuss hates Morris see him not playing currently. Nuss likes pocket movement something Morris can't do.

Sims may be better but this statement is not entirely true. In 2009 Star Jackson got the backup snaps even though McCarron would have replaced McElroy if he had gotten injured. Coach Saban almost put McCarron in against LSU that year. If McElroy couldn't have played against Texas it would have been McCarron. So because Sims is playing now means nothing going into next year.

The difference is AJ was red-shirting that season. Its actually similar to Del Rio in that regard. Saban said a few weeks ago that Del Rio was #3 but isn't getting snaps because he is redshirting. If Morris was expected to contribute, then he would be getting some of the snaps. Ely and Blake split the backup snaps when Ely was still at Alabama...
