Yep. That is what they refuse to admit to. Their own coach just delegitimized their appearance in the game. Sure, they won. Anything can happen in any given game. But, they didn't deserve to be there and Saban just admitted it to the whole world.

saban clearly understands that football seasons are fluid situations and each one calls for a different way to judge who should be in a bcs game. last year bama deserved the second bcs spot because it had a better regular season record than uga and its loss was much better. This year bama and uga have the same record as uf but both deserve the bcs over them because its not fair to penalize the loser of the sec title game. also uga beat uf fair and square in regulation instead of needing ot.
im not sure why lsu fans are worried about this since he isn't saying uf should take their spot in the chicken bowl.
