so do i have my avatar picture a okay'd here? when i try to submit my avatar pic. all it says is that it is not supported by an authorised website, although im getting it from tinypic.com. can anyone help?

Can someone create one for me please? I want to have beach sunset with a palmetto tree on the beach and the Alabama script A in the upper left hand corner (without the red background) I also want the words "Carolina Tide" written in cursive near the bottom. Here are the pictures:
