As said, just ignore the "OMG NOT A BASKETBALL THREAD DURING FOOTBALL SEASON" tards. There's pleny of SECr basketball fans around (not just UK fans either).

Basketball season starts after we know the football national champion. It ends when spring football practice starts, often before March Madness.
Note: You're still allowed to skip work, drink, and watch March Madness all day when the time comes. Just have your live blog of practice updates handy.

don't disagree but plenty of SEC folks get into basketball other than LSU and Ole Miss fans.
