Yes, from May. I've searched everywhere and have yet to find a recently released mockdraft by McShay. OP was obviously mad about the NFL top 20 thread made a few minutes ago in which Milliner was listed 2 whole freaking spots under Banks, so he made this troll thread as made evident by no link and obvious flame attempt in the original post.
