Which people think it's a big deal and what are they saying? He just looks like a mad coach who's losing.

I thought the worst part about that was Trooper coming in to the rescue. Either way, not a big deal... not sure what people are thinking.

FWIW, I don't like that Trooper "saved" Bates from Chizik. That's probably one problem on our team. Players can't take getting chewed the frick out. Some of them deserve it, and when I say some, I mean 75% of the team.

a lot of people (mostly Bama fans) are making comments about Trooper intervening between Chizik and Bates.

There was one part, I think in the first half, where a Miss State defensive player got up near Trooper's grill after a play by the sidelines and Trooper started to jaw back and go onto the field a little, but he caught himself.
Maybe a Miss State fan can help me with this and who it was, but that was classic. I thought for sure somebody would make a gif of it because you can tell the Miss State player owned him.

That's what I thought as well. Got no problem with CGC chewing some arse, but thought it was misdirected. I understand he was pissed, but I wish it was Kiehl that he walked up to and kicked in the nuts.

I read several forums and I have not seen it....just like Harvey don't speak for the bam a nation, please don't let one or two fans posts speak for us...In a lot of worlds there are good cops and bad cops and trooper must be the good cop on the AU coaching staff. Chiz did not seem to mind..Sometimes you rant on a kid and a good coach then knows when to back off and let it be done with. That apparently happened

What's the problem? I see nothing wrong with what Chiz did there. I'm glad to see Chiz show a little emotion. The problem I have with it is that Troop came over and interrupted. Is that really an assistant coach's position to do that when he is being talked to by the HEAD coach???

Meh... there are fans from every fanbase that sit like vultures ready to criticize the other team and blow stuff out of proportion. Coaches are people too. He looked like he was having a bad day and Bates was the unfortunate guy who crossed his path.
