Clarification: What was the origin of "Mocha Cam"?

I understand naming everyone "_____ Cam" because they ultimately want to replace the rented one, but why mocha?
They are both black, and from what I can tell, they are pretty close in darkness. Is it something else, like Frazier likes chocolate or something?
The meme took off so damned quick I missed why it was funny.
