They have arguably one of the best WR's in the league and ranked 31st in points but they should trade up for a LB who is probably not going to play all three downs.... makes sense.
I'm telling you guys... 10 years from now you will be turning on ESPN and watching CoD tournaments.

Thanks for your service!

Thx. B. almost killed me and I'm being very serious. Had to have an IV and was out of it for two days.
A. Live fire basic training.
B. Road guard for the entirety of 12 mile ruck in 100 degree weather with 35 pounds on my back.
C. 5 minute 22 second mile run
D. Slept with a Mexican hooker.

I agree Bowen was pretty dirty, but no way the spurs are as dirty as you're making them out to be. there's a difference between playing rough d and playing dirty.

Watch their games.. they are like the equivalent of Duke with all the hand checking. They get away with so much garbage and I'm just not saying that. Lots of NBA players have said it also.
Just watch the spurs. Bruce Bowen got a gig with ESPN and some consider him a borderline HOF defender, all because he mugged the hell out of people. Nevermind Manu Ginobli hanging all over people.

Dirtiest player in the NBA... anybody that plays for the Spurs. BTW, that's the reason they lose in the postseason. Refs start calling the game tighter and suddenly they can't hack everybody.
The Spurs are clearly the dirtiest team in the NBA, so anybody on that team.

that would be the dawgchat. it's basically the TD version of the OT. 10% sports talk, 90% shooting the shite. I know you don't GAS but here's a history lesson.

From the last 90s when that site formed up until oohhhh somewhere around 2006 or 2007, the UGA rivals site just had 1 message board (called the dawgvent) and it was free. It was discussion of all UGA sports the majority of the time, then "the night crew" would take over and it'd look like the OT does now. Well, eventually the moderators split the board amongst A LOT of backlash. There was then the Dawgvent (which required a paid subscription) that would be 100%, nothing but UGA sports talk, and the Dawgchat for everything else. In recent years they've also added (subscription required) boards for baseball, basketball, recruiting etc. So basically that's why the dawgchat looks as it does and shouldn't be a source for any real UGA info.

So you argument is because the mods changed the name of the free forum and started charging you money, it is not so bad?
This is easy.... esports. In fact, I predict in 20 years it will overtake traditional sports. It's already huge in Asia and Europe. It's just a matter of time before it gets picked up nationally in the US. You already have gamers making millions of dollars in competition. Just follow the money.... I watched a stream the other night that had 150,000 viewers, and it wasn't even that popular of a game.

what site did you look at? I read the UGA Rivals board that requires a subscription and it's great, I love it. Pretty much any free board you find is going to be mostly garbage.

Oh, I guess the free dawgvent. Those MF's recruit in top 10 every year but to read that board you would think Hitler was keeping them down.

Lets be honest

Posters like you are what make them, and this board miserable.

Says the guy 1300 posts.
Of course, I exclude the present site since it is awesome.

Realistically, however, can anybody stand rivals and scout? The SEC boards for those corporations are friggin terrible. Basically, they are just hitching a ride to a name brand to teams that have been established for 100's of years and half the writers have no idea wtf they are talking about. The scout Auburn site is terrible. I've looked at other ones and they are no better. The UGA site is like some kind of Orwellian conspiracy theory circle jerk.

re: Bo Jackson vs Jim Brown

I don't think some realize how seriously good Bo Jackson was at baseball. He was on track to be a first ballot HoF if we were to project out his career. His first five seasons he had 81 stolen bases and 109 home runs in just 511 games. To put that in perspective Barry Bonds in 717 games during his first five seasons had 117 hr and 165 stolen bases. On a per game basis, Bo Jackson very likely would have flirted with 300-300 club membership had he had a full career. Personally don't think there is any doubt he would have gotten there.

MUDS started EQ, but EQ made them mainstream.

No question, but MUDs are not really dynamic like an MMO so it is not even a comparison.
I'm gonna have to say Everquest also. Changed the way people played video games. Before EQ you played by yourself. After EQ all games had some kind of social media angle.
Stats seem pretty spot on to me. I don't know... I guess I'm a troll, then.

It actually is pretty badass, but also very insane.
