Hell, Clint already knows :
quote:

Moseley acknowledged Wednesday that his career is at a crossroads -- then seemed to all but concede the job to Frazier.

"You mean is this it? Yeah, I guess so," Moseley said. "At the same time, the same thing happened last year. Kiehl could get hurt (in) Game 1 or he could not get hurt."

I still like Moseley. I hope it works out for the guy. Career reminds me of Neil Caudle.

I might be biased because he's from my hometown, but I think Moseley would turn out fine if he started this year. Also, Sammie Coates will be a beast. Look for him to be a household name by the end of the season.

Me and AMM, along with maybe a couple of Auburn fans I can't remember, have been on his bandwagon since he got to Auburn. I personally think the sky is the limit for him. He has outstanding ability.

I've always wanted to see Sammie and Clint succeed, even though I'm a Bama fan. Those two are really good guys.

I've actually thought highly of him since he commited and I had time to see him play. He went way under the radar.

He's just a good all-around athlete. In high-school, he was unstoppable, not only in football. Near the end of his baseball career, he had a wild but effective low-90s fastball and always got on base as leadoff. I know he'll do fine in the SEC.

Crap with an arm like that we should try him out at wildcat.

Has anybody seen or heard anything about Kris Frost? I'm really interested to see how he's doing.

I haven't read the whole thread.

But, it's good to see Shon Coleman on the field. That kid's been through a lot, good luck to him this season.

Joel A. Erickson ?@wareagleextra Ricardo Louis and Jovon Robinson stuck out to Frazier, saying they've tried to soak up the offense
quote:

Joel A. Erickson ?@wareagleextra Frazier on Loeffler/Malzahn difference: "From a technical standpoint, he expects more. He expects you to play more NFL-like."
quote:

Joel A. Erickson ?@wareagleextra Jake Holland, with really long hair: There's a lot of responsibility for the middle linebacker. ... Getting yelled at is a part of the game
quote:

Joel A. Erickson ?@wareagleextra Holland: "(VanGorder) told us in a meeting, he's going to pick up his intensity, and he's definitely done that."
quote:

Joel A. Erickson ?@wareagleextra Evans and Frost are working on the strong side, Holland said. Holland also says Frost has gained weight, still learning defense
quote:

Joel A. Erickson ?@wareagleextra Mason says Loeffler has "expanded our role a lot. He lets us catch screens, and he lets us do the dirty work inside."
quote:

Defensive coordinator VanGorder warned the linebackers that he would raise his intensity in the fall. And VanGorder opened practice by vocally criticizing the middle linebackers as they ran through alignment at the beginning of Wednesday's opening practice. "He even told us in the meeting he's going to pick his intensity up, and he's definitely done that," middle linebacker Jake Holland said. "Nothing gets by him. Every play, he sees everything."
quote:

As a quarterback, Frazier is light-years ahead of where he was last year. “Really it’s just footwork and read,” Frazier said. “I didn’t do much of that last year in Coach Malzahn’s system. I kind of just did the read option. Really just overall quarterback play, Coach Loeffler has really helped me progress there.”

Blake is a skinny, kinda goofy looking guy, but he's deceptively fast and has some really good moves. I'm really interested to see who else steps it up at WR this year. We've got the talent, but they just have to put it all together on the field.
