I finally, actually read the whole thing. 
Defendent admits saying she'd kill Kristin before the fight, and follows her into the room after their fight. Can't sleep for fear of dying of head injuries?
I foresee a quick settlement.

No deflection from me. Those 2 are disgraces. There seems to be a disconnect among some of you that anytime a Bama fan tries to put the Updyke or Teabagger incidents into some sort of context that we are "defending" the behavior or that we love these people. I'd say that the 75% of good Alabama fans (Bama grads, their immediate families, and the level headed non grads) despise the really sh###y 25% of the fanbase that are the lowest of the low of our state and neighboring state's populace that latch onto Alabama football because it's a rare bright spot in their lives. I don't know many reasonable Bama fans that deny we have this substantial portion of our fanbase that is like that. We just rightfully defend against the ridiculous notion that this represents the "typical" Bama fan or the "majority" of the Alabama fanbase.

I see what you are saying, but no matter how rich Kristen's parents are, the Sarah chick had to have surgery because of the beatdown she got from little miss temper tantrum saban. The attacker will get sued for at least the medical bills either way.

And they should be paid. I'm a Bama fan, but that doesn't mean IGAF about Kristen Saban. This isn't something that should affect the football program at all so just pay Sarah's med bills and get over it already. Jail time or probation or whatever can be handed out too for all I care.
