Who said it would? The Saban alleged family issues have been mentioned in this thread. His football programs have done quite well despite those issues.

I don't think coke would cause a 'deviated' septum, usually it's a 'perforated' one.

Regardless, I think all Kristen needs is a good (well, you know) on a regular basis to keep her chilled.

I fully agree with you...I've been fully disgusted with some of our own fans behavior, over the many years since I graduated from LSU. When I witness such acts, I've always called them out and manage to stop such idiotic behavior. If more real university supporters would do the same...we would have far less morons running free! You've got to really think twice about the most recent string of tide supporter gaffs....WAY over the top. I can't understand how dozens of bama "supporters" stood by and not only did nothing to stop the teabagger but actually CHEERED him on....shakes my belief in the human race....very sad.
ALL fans should vow to keep "their own" in line !

Doubtful. There's lots of idiots everywhere.

Drunk. Just like the Lsu fans in the background. It's a pack mentality. Doesn't justify it by any means, but when you mix alcohol, with obnoxious behavior, you never get good results.

Better re-check the video...the entire frame was pure crimson, I did not see ANY LSU fan !
Correct, alcohol is the great "stupifier" but most people can still discern the difference between right/wrong....personal integrity is certainly lacking in some due to poor parenting, environmentalism or just plain lack of intelligence. All the more important that "thinking" people reign in the tools, as much as possible...sorry for the ranting...just really tees me off !

I was talking with an uncle of mine over the 4th holiday (Bama grad and big fan) who we usually only see during big holidays or special occasions and he was telling us about how good a time he and some of his old college buddies had in New Orleans the weekend of Jan 9th. The subject of Krystal came up and whether he was anywhere near there and he flat out and adamantly said he would have gone in their to try and stop it if he saw that going down. Kinda pleasantly suprised me to hear him say that as he's not the fighting type at all and would have easily gotten his @## kicked if the crowd would have turned on him from trying to stop it. I was glad to hear him say that though.

P.S. There is a bit of a rift among Alabama fans that is rarely talked about and it's the rift between alums/their families/non UA but college educated Bama fans vs. the "sidewalk" faction of Bama fans. Alabama fans who go after this portion of the fanbase are shamed by some as being elitist when they take issue with the Updyke portion of the Bama fanbase so we are in a d###ed if you do, d###ed if you don't situation when it comes to criticizing our own.

this Sarah sounds like a bitter chick looking for an easy payday to me.

Her concussion was so bad it caused her to dump out on school and gave her migraines, night terrors, etc and yet she can remember the events of the night well enough that she can recall exactly what she said to KS post beating?

Yea ok.

In the era of cell phones, no one thought to video this? When she went to confront her, cameras should have been rollin!

Maybe you should recheck. There's purple shirts in the background at one point. I doubt the employees were all Bama fans either.

In any case, it's like I said, alcohol and pack mentality tends to overtake folks in situations. Not an excuse, by any means and doesn't mean they shouldn't be held accountable. At some point, they make the decision to act like that and to drink to the point of not being in control of their faculties.

Power Hour isn't played that way. Power Hour is when you drink a shot of beer every minute for 60 minutes.

What a retarded way to play Power Hour - drinking every time the song changes.

I'm glad somebody else noticed that.

I first played that game in the mid 90s as a frosh in HS and have never used music to time it.

I'm sure this has been posted, but I noticed this happened right before the 2010 season and of course Bama had a '3-loss' hangover season...coincidence?
