LSU: Jamarcus' debut was pretty anticipated by LSU fans but it pales in comparison to that of Mett.

Cedric Cobbs was pretty hyped coming in as a Freshman. Ryan Mallett probably takes the cake though as far as Arkansas players of recent history.

Josh Booty's hype was out of control.

So was RP's. No telling how bad that hype owuld've gotten had he lasted longer.

In my lifetime I would have to say the 08 opener with Saban's first full recruiting class.

Crowell had a lot of hype and AJ Green came with a lot of people focused in on him but i'd say the most anticipated would be 2006 and the unleashing of Fatt Stafford

Mustain. We were opening at home against USC and the Nutter started future WR Robert Johnson only to have Mustain come in once the game was out of hand and immediately throw a TD to Damien Williams (future USC and Titans star). It's going to take us a while to get over Nutt's mismanagement.

Actually, I change my answer to the Tony Franklin Damn Yankee "Why In The World Are We Changing?" Offense.

I remember sitting in the stands super excited to see this new "spread" that everyone was talking about.

Adam Griffin K Calhoun, GA 2012.

That was my answer from Nov 5, 2011 until Jan 9, 2012.

Now it would be T.J. Yeldon/ Landon Collins.

The thing that still makes me grind my teeth is that, on the field, he was living up to it.
