If we don't get Neal (not holding my breath), I bet there will be a good player pop up at midterm and we will be pretty damn glad we had a scholly in the back pocket.

I'm just hoping we get more early enrollees like last years class. That spring practice and summer conditioning are invaluable.

How subjective are the recruiting services? They are pay sites, how much influence does the subscription factor play?
How long does Bobby hav to win before we start seeing a Bobby bump? Recruiting seems to me to be a very subjective evaluation process, I don't think it is worth the fanfare.

I know I'm done with Rivals! I think they feed us shite just to keep us logging in. Since Otis Kirk left, their info has been FO SHITE!
Hell, my "source" was better than their crap! At least he said DGB was 70% us 30% them after his visit and picking up steam. And he never thought we would get Diamond. Meanwhile, those fuktards were guaranteeing both. Guess that's why i was so pissed after signing day, cuz I let myself buy into their crap and get my hopes up.
The info here has been more accurate than any.

I guess we had a weak finish. I'm still pleased with the overall class but damn would have been nice to get a big name.

Petrino went heavy on D ends this year, but I think some guys will be moving around. Flynn is already being listed as MLB, and Chris Smith could also move back to linebacker if these ends step up.
When Bequette and Tank both went out last year we didn't have many options. Now we do and I like it.

Oh by the way just did a little research on this. according to scout.com if you don't count the 2008 class since that wasn't all petrino. We haven't signed more Offensive kids than defense kids at all. The closest they have been was equal last year. but other than that we usually sign about 4 more defensive kids a year.
