Speak Easy is a tapas place. Small plates that you order several at a time and share between the two of you. Cool scene upstairs with windows overlooking Broad Street. Took my girlfriend (now my wife) there on many occassions. One of her favorites.

we could show these ladies why norcross is the cultural epicenter of greater atlanta. and i'm down, i just need to lock this girl down. she could easily be the next ms DGD but sadly this is all happening with the start of football so i have to impress while also dealing with this college football irrationality bumping around in my head.

luckily she's known me for a while and stories about how stupid i am during games have already made it over. if she can stomach a game with me, though, that makes her a damn winner.
but she still isn't ready to see it live, i am with you, they don't need to know how deep the rabbit hole goes.

I'd cast my vote for Speakeasy too. Last resort has great food but I just dont think I would take a girl there the first time... Every time I'm there I feel like I can hear every other tables conversation because its pretty damn cramped and always busy.
Speakeasy was good and its a cool place, feels kind of hidden even though its on broad I believe (all of my memory comes from an adpi formal night that I remember only parts of)

every girl i have ever dated has come in basically knowing that i am an idiot and i will just always do this. come to think of it i had an enormous fight that led to a brief break after 2006 GA/FLA but that's young kid shite. bitch didn't understand the importance though.
just make sure your girl understands by saturday at 7:45 because if we lose i will literally burn whatever house i am in down to the ground and i will rape the internet.

Ya know that's a good question. It's not shaggy rug with Barry White on repeat by any means, but I sort of remember it being on the dimmer lighting side. Hopefully someone else can give you a better answer, I can't remember.
As a side note, Knowshon was there for the formal with a few white girls.
