I don't think the teabagger has been identified yet. One of the guy's in the background is from Mobile. Not surprisingly, he's wearing a jersey.

thought so too. The other is that 2 people confirmed NOLA police were within 10 to 20 feet of all this commotion going on and they never checked it out.

I'll certainly come down on the side that punching someone is much more acceptable than pulling your nuts out and dragging them accross someone's face. Certainly not condoning fighting/punching but i just find it a lot less derranged than pulling your nuts out and rubbing them on a man.
But i can see how you think the two are equal.

IF the guy pushed an Alabama fan and the Alabama fan then punched him I would have no problem. Pulling your balls out is a little different and pretty ridiculous.
ETA: If police saw this happening and did nothing they should be fired to. Somehow I doubt they had their attention inside that Krystal knowing what goes on outside it.

another guy called in, said he was standing next to the guy filming and you could hear him yelling oh my gosh in the vid. Said there was a large crowd looking through the window.
