I remember when the 2nd QB got injured, and was helped off the field by a female trainer, I could have swore that she said to the coach "he's done", as she walks by.
Don't think it was a serious injury, and she barely had a chance to evaluate his condition, but she knew enough that he didn't need (or want) to go back out there.

The 95 Weedeater Bowl when LSU demolished Nick Saban's Michigan State team.

Florida OSU in 06. The beatdown that started it all and gave the SEC the respect is long ago deserved. People looked at that game and noticed a distinct difference in the SEC. Anyone can find fast receivers, but no one has defensive lines like the SEC.
Add the fact that LSU beat ND by the same score of 41-14 the week before and people started to respect us

In addition to the others already mentioned, as an LSU fan two Peach Bowls against Georgia Tech in their hometown leap to mind:
LSU 38- GeorgiaTech 3, behind JJ. I believe it was 35-3 at the half.
2nd half of 2000: We outscored a heavily favored Georgia Tech 25-0 in the second half to win 28-14.

2010 Cap 1 and the 07 Sugar were brutal. I remember Hawaii's QB getting sacked like 10 times and during the Mich St game (during the 3rd iirc) Bama took out 2 of st's qb's and a wr lol
I gotta pick the 06 NC game though. GA and Bama were expected to win big, UF was a underdog and completely dominated. That play where one of UF's LB's sacked Smith without his helmet on was awesome.

Yea I was going to say that one too. That was the year Midwestern football died and all that was left was USC and the SEC.

LSU vs Miami
This, proud to say I was in attendance for the massacre. LSU set Miami back 10 years...
Most Miami fans are actually grateful as it got Larry Coker shitcanned. Given whats happened there since I still dont think their program has recovered.

2005 Peach Bowl LSU 40 - Miami 3 (The U has yet to recover)
2007 BCSNCG Florida 41 - Ohio St 14 (CFB has yet to recover)
2007 Sugar Bowl LSU 41 - Notre Dame 14
2010 Gator Bowl Miss St 52 - Michigan 14
2010 Cap One Bowl Alabama 49 - Michigan St 7
of all those, the one that i felt was the most dominant, was the Alabama beating of Mich St. It was a little painful to watch.
