I do, and I think you misused the word. Justifying a vote for Boise State (weak conference) or a 2-loss team over OSU would have been tenuous. As it is, Stanford is a quality team worthy of the vote cast by Alabama, and they don't have to justify anything.

What stands out to me is how bad the tackling is. Really awful defensive performances. Guess that's why they're not in the title game.
