BRPD didn't even bother assessing the scene. They spent 2 hours riding all over Tigerland before going back to Shady's. You've NEVER lied to your parents? He had no idea what was about to happen to him. You saw the video, do you think that was JJ kicking Lowery?

We already know the charges rendered by BRPD were so ridiculous they were shredded by the Grand Jury. Didn't even reach the ham sandwich hurdle.

And if Hillar throws them out it would've looked awful. He let a grand jury decide on the FELONY charges and we know how that worked out. They won't be able to make anything stick to JJ in February.
