Well, it has been a rediculously long time since Auburn was nationally relevant or competed for a SEC title, so I can see how you would feel this way.

You read my reply to you. I'm not betting money with someone I don't know and there's no way to guarantee that either of us will actually get paid. If you want to do a one month from TD, I'm down. Which kinda defeats the purpose since we won't be able to talk shite to the loser.

Thigpin name came up too..

Stoops info..

If what is rumored is true - that AU offered Stopps $1.1M to be DC - then he might take it. I was told he turned down initial offer. He was making about $450K at FSU this year. It should tell you a LOT if AU had to nearly TRIPLE his salary in order to hire him.

He's wrong. He didn't turn it down, FSU tried to give him a raise. Them, we offered more money...

any truth to this?

Evan Woodberry, the *U beat writer for the Press Register just stated that he would be shocked if Dyer ever wears an *U uniform again. He went on to say that when Dyer packed up to go home for the semester break that he packed up to leave for good.

DC obviously fired they guy, your D sucks.

OC, no idea why he left, btu he seemed like a guy that isn't atypical to begin with. I think you can upgrade here, Malzahn's offense is flashy when it works, btu in years where he doesn't have a perfect QB for it it looks like it did in 2009, and 2011. A pro-style attack is easier to recruit for, and run in the SEC year in and year out.

Does he really use *U and expect to be taken seriously?

Love the way you think!! -

Seriously though, and this is not an attempt to flame here - Auburn is likely 4 plays from being 4-8 instead of 7-5, with a loss to the likes of WAC runner up 7-5 Utah State.

If AU had in fact ended up with only 4-5 wins this year, would the tune change at all? Would the implosion be much more a reality in your mind? Serious question
